Course Overview

Welcome
Welcome to the Connections course! This class is uniquely designed to address many of the concerns that incoming students face during their first or second semester at The University of Arizona. Beyond just study and note-taking skills, this course is about YOU. We will discuss your career and academic goals, address ethical decision making, and expose you to diverse ways of thought.

Since class-size is kept small, the learning environment that emerges is collaborative and community-oriented. The primary goals of this course are for you to develop personally, gain skills that will assist you in your transition and foster academic success, as well as connect you with the other students in the class.
