SSS is a good place to start your college journey at the University of Arizona because of the dedicated peer and professional staff who invest in your academic, social and cultural enrichment. SSS is committed to providing individualized support to students until they graduate from the University of Arizona. All programs and services are free of charge to eligible students.
Who Can Join?
To be eligible for Student Support Services at UA, students must meet some of the following criteria:
- Be a first generation college student (neither parent has a bachelor’s degree)
- Have high financial need to attend college that meets federal guidelines
- Have a documented learning, occupational or physical disability
- Have a need for academic support
All SSS participants must complete an application to determine eligibility and fit.
